Dogs who cleaned the bowl, owners who wrote back.
Our lab used to pick at his kibble. Now he waits by the fridge at six. Two months in and his coat is softer than it has been in years.
Jenna R.2 months agoI sent the order request on Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday. They asked for Pepper's weight and age and wrote back with a plan. Simple.
Marcus T.3 weeks agoMy cat is the fussiest eater I know and she finishes the rabbit every time. The packs thaw overnight in the fridge without any mess.
Priya S.1 month agoWe switched over ten days like the FAQ says. No upset stomach, and the yard clean-up got a lot smaller.
Owen B.2 months agoDuck and apple sits well with our sensitive terrier and she licks the bowl clean. I wish the 250 g packs came in a bigger box.
Lucy M.5 months agoSardine crisps are the only treat that gets our greyhound's attention at the park. Honest ingredients and fair prices.

Questions? We have answers.
Switching food is a big step for you and your pet. Here is what people ask us most. If your question is not here, write to the kitchen and a real person answers.
Raw feeding means meals made from raw muscle meat, organ meat, ground bone, vegetables and a little fruit, instead of cooked kibble. Our recipes are complete meals: you thaw a pack and serve it, nothing to add.
Most dogs switch over 7 to 10 days. Start with a quarter of the meal raw and the rest the old food, and raise the raw part every two or three days. Keep the portion size the same and slow down if stools get soft. Cats often take longer: mix in a spoonful at a time.
Keep packs in the freezer at −18 °C for up to six months. Thaw one in the fridge overnight and use it within three days. Do not thaw in the microwave or in hot water, and do not refreeze a thawed pack.
Most adult dogs eat 2 to 3 % of their body weight a day; puppies and kittens eat more. The meal finder above gives you a starting point. Weigh your pet every two weeks and adjust by about 10 %, and ask your vet if your pet has a health condition.
We deliver around Portland on Tuesdays and Fridays in insulated boxes with ice packs, or you can pick up at the kitchen on Dock Road. Send an order request and we confirm the day and the total by email or text. You pay on delivery or pick-up.
Handle it like the raw meat you cook for yourself: wash hands, bowls and surfaces with hot soapy water after serving, and keep raw food away from small children. Every batch is frozen within hours of making and stays frozen until it reaches you.
